Forklift electronic scale operation requirements:

1. Before proceeding, the truck should be warmed up. This should be done regardless of season.

2. Carefully and thoroughly conduct pre-inspection maintenance according to regulations;

3. Avoid emergency braking and emergency steering, start slowly;

4. Change oil and lubrication should be earlier than the specified time;

5. Do not operate the engine at high speed without external load.

Electronic forklift scale measurement requirements:

1. The prototype's packaging, appearance, nameplates, signs inspection;

2. Check the various devices of the prototype to confirm that they are all consistent with the documents provided by the applicant;

3. The nameplate shall indicate the product's name, model specification, manufacturer, serial number, maximum weight, minimum weight, division value, accuracy grade level symbol, etc.

4. Check the reliability of each numeric key, function key, and their combined application according to the operation requirements of the product specification;

5. Specifications of prototypes under normal environmental conditions.
