Forklift Charger Usage Notice
July 31, 2022
Use cautions:
(1) Unauthorized disassembly and disassembly of the forklift charger is prohibited;
(2) Unauthorized disassembly of the forklift charger is prohibited;
(3) The forklift charger should be placed vertically, in a dry and ventilated environment, avoid moisture, away from flammable and explosive materials;
(4) Under the condition that the battery is full, disconnect the input AC power first, then disconnect the connection between the charger and the battery;
(5) In the absence of people or long-term use, must disconnect the AC power;
(6) Do not cover the charger during charging, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C;
(7) The forklift charger is limited to indoor use and guard against rain;
(8) It is prohibited to charge non-rechargeable batteries;
(9) The interval between two booting is not less than 10 seconds;
(10) The charger should always be kept clean to prevent the intrusion of dust and moisture. When not in use for a long period of time, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place; it should be covered with a hood. After a period of time, it is also necessary to apply power to the tide;
(11) During the charging process, the ventilation shutters on the housing cannot be shielded to ensure that the heat generated in the charger spreads in time. After the fuses in the input and output circuits are blown, they must be replaced according to the required specifications. The fuse should not be too thick and never be replaced with a wire. When the AC input voltage is 110 volts, the input current is 10.8 amps. When the AC input voltage is 220 volts, the input current is 5.4 amps. When two rectifiers are working at the same time, the output current can reach 12A. When a rectifier is working alone, the output current does not exceed 6A. The appropriate fuse should be selected based on the input and output currents.
